📦 Shipping Information

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

  • Tracking: Once your order ships, tracking information is added to your account and sent via email.

  • Shipping From: We ship from our West Coast warehouse to ensure timely delivery.

  • Discreet Shipping: All packages are shipped in private-label packaging to protect your privacy.


🔄 Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for most products, excluding items listed under Exceptions. We guarantee against manufacturer defects for 30 days from the delivery date. Returns after 30 days are only accepted if covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in original factory condition, and include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and warranty cards.

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns.


🚫 Exceptions – Items Not Covered by Standard Return Policy

Some items are excluded from the standard 30-day return policy or have specific return conditions:

  • Bulk Deals: All sales are final. No returns accepted.

  • Gaming Products (new consoles and games): Covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Personal Care Items: Only unopened items may be returned. Defects must be reported directly to the manufacturer.


Authorized Returns Only

  • Contact customer service to request an RMA number before returning any item.

  • Unauthorized returns may be refused or subject to a 50% restocking fee.

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped), we will provide a return label at no cost. You must report such errors within 3 days of delivery.


🔁 Unwanted Returns

If you change your mind about a purchase:

  • Item must be in new, unused condition

  • A 20% restocking fee applies

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable

  • An RMA number is required


🚚 Refused Deliveries

If you refuse delivery of your order:

  • It will be treated as an unwanted return

  • A 20% restocking fee and both-way shipping costs will be deducted from your store credit


🛠️ Defective Items

  • Must be returned within 30 days of receipt, with an RMA number

  • Customer pays return shipping

  • Refunds are issued as store credit, unless a refund to the original credit card is requested (5% processing fee applies)

If returned after 30 days, the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.


📦 Damaged Items During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 10 days of delivery

  • Retain all original packaging for inspection

  • We’ll file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf

  • Resolution may take up to 14 business days

If the return is shipped by the customer and arrives damaged, the customer must file the claim with the carrier.


📉 Tampered or Missing Items

If your package arrives with missing items or signs of tampering:

  • Notify us within 10 days

  • Keep all original packaging intact

  • We will file a tampered or partial loss claim with the carrier

  • A refund, credit, or replacement will be issued upon claim approval


📭 Lost Packages

If your order is lost in transit:

  • Notify us within 10 days of the shipping date

  • We will file a lost claim with the carrier

  • Resolution may take at least 14 business days

  • Refund, exchange, or credit will be issued only once the carrier confirms the claim

Important: If tracking shows “delivered” and no signature was required, a lost claim cannot be filed. We recommend always selecting signature confirmation at checkout for added security.


⚠️ Important Notice

No item may be returned without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee or may be returned to you at your expense.


🔧 Factory Reconditioned Items

  • Identified by an (R) next to the model number

  • Manufacturer-refurbished and tested to meet original quality standards

  • May come with a 90-day manufacturer warranty, serviced directly by the brand
